Ditching the run flats - Jack Options?
Ditching the run flats - Jack Options?
Decided to get rid of the Pirelli P7s that came with my car, front right has two bubbles so I see no use for these tires at $200 a pop to start replacing them, plus they ride like crap and grip like hot garbage.
I've opted for a set of 215 45 17 BF Goodrich G Force Comp A/S. I do not have room for a donut since I keep my biking gear in the back so I think a plug kit and a jack will get me out of trouble to get home or a wheel shop. What are the recommendations for a lightweight jack or is there an OEM option for F Series (2019 F56)?

Hi Minifan07,
I also ditched the run flats and looked into purchasing the OEM jack kit but did not.
I went with the MINI OEM tire mobility kit because even if I had the jack I don’t have the spare tire. Also MINI has their roadside assistance if needed.
This is the official MINI link:

This link is from MINI of Bedford, it’s a little cheaper and where I purchased it from.

I hope this helps,

This is the standard jack that came with the 1st Gen cars included in a small tool bag fitted in the boot by two hooks. I've used mine once and it works just fine. Loaned to a guy just the other day to jack up his riding lawn mower. You'll be the envy of all the other Gen 3 RF crowd.
