taking delivery of 06 MCS this weekend. plan to swap out the wheels and tires pretty soon after. would prefer to sell locally (Chicago) but will consider shipping.
$500 for 4 IS a good deal. Keep trying for $1000 and clear a spot in the garage for storage...they will not sell. Post it again in two years at $400 and you MAY sell them. Your choice one thinks. Sorry.
I'm in downtown Chicago and I'll offer you $500. Let me know if you're interested.

I sold my set locally who paid $950 cash and picked them up. Brand new, zero miles, car left the dealer with aftermarket rims/tires.
Let's not jump to conclusions here and let the guy sell his stuff.

You are correct - there may be a market for these at the $1000 price and I will be happy to see that happen for any MINI owner. After following similar purchases of the same " I " think $500 is a good price if the combo is picked up in peson...not shipped. I will watch this thread and hope I am wrong!!!
Thanks. Let's find a buyer !!!
Let us know how the new MINI is doing and what the wheel / tire situation is. If the S lites are still available and what the current price is? Would be interested with a lower price. Safe Motoring !!!
Sorry you did not pick up the car. I hope the $850 shipped for the wheels works out in the future. IMHO that would have been a good deal for you as the seller. As for being wrong...I don't know yet. Good luck if this deal takes place!
Maybe the New York price is higher than the Chicago market...or the rest of the country for that matter. I would LOVE to see the MINI market stay high but I can feel the SPECIAL quality and value slipping as the masses get ahold of a great auto. Let's hope for a 2007 upswing. Thanks.
