By 're-spray' do you mean a rattle-can in the driveway, pro job, or something in between?

 

I sprayed them, rattle-can with trigger nozzle, in the garage. I'd argue that the finish is much nicer than they came from edge racing ... not that hard to do.

They were flat black with a "machined" lip ... and the clear coat started to flake and look bad on the lip, so I just sprayed them all black.

Where in Dallas? I live close to Frisco. How far are you from me? I need some 16" rims and don't really want shipping.
