Here are some pics from the new shop. We had a great time at the first foosball night yesterday, and will be having regular foosball nights every other Wednesday at 7:00pm. The next will be August 11. Here's a rundown on the next few Webb Motorsports events here:

August 7 - 10:00am
Tech day including a pulley install, and a run through of the entire MINI workings. We will have the car on the lift and will discuss the suspension, braking and motor. We will also be having a BBQ, darts, and foosball I'm sure.

August 10 - 7:00pm
MINI5280 monthly meeting. We will also be socializing and showing off our MINIs - these things have a way of becoming fun events!

August 11 - 7:00pm
Webb Motorsports Foosball Night

August 20 - 9:00am
Webb Motorsports/MINI5280/RMCB5 Track Day at Second Creek. This will be a fun driver's ed event with formal instruction - bring your own car!

August 22 - 8:00am
SCCA Summer Autocross Series at World Arena, Colorado Springs.

August 25 - 7:00pm
Webb Motorsports Foosball Night

Foosball night was a hoot, hope to see others there on the 11th. Check out the NAM Rocky Mountain forum for details to last nights happenings.

Also really looking forward to the Aug 20th Second Creek event. I believe we have 8 MINIs signed up, along with many Audi and VW members...and a few STi's in the mix.

Looks good, Randy. Congrats. A custom Mini shop, foos, darts- but where is the kegerator? Makes me wish I lived closer- that and the skiing.

 

Sigh. I miss Colorado. One of these days I'm going to move back.

Dang! I'm scheduled for service at Schomp on the 4th. I tried to reschedule for the 11th so I could drop by the shop for the party after picking up my MINI but no go. They're booked solid that day and don't have a loaner available.

I'll drive by anyway and at least see where the shop is before heading back to Longmont.

The shop's looking good!

Cool shop, Randy! Now I'll have to re-route Roadtrip III to visit it in Denver! YAY!!! Perhaps Wanda'll be out of warranty by then and can get the Webb Mods done!!!

Physically the drive from Denver to Boulder is about an hour. In Denver traffic I dunno. If you head south another hour you can stop by in Colorado Springs and pick up that piece of black pipe that I still haven't mailed you.

 

Really a nice shop.

 

If you go to Golden, then head around on C470, it will be about 45min-1hour. Give me a call when you get into town!

Here's one word: Awesome! That's a really great shop. Looks fun to hang out. Wish I were close by. Down the road I can.

 

dyno going over by that big tube coming down from the ceiling? A Dynojet, with lift?
