Dan, looks very nicely integrated. Question for you, I like the rough black OE look, is it possible to get these flares in that finish?

These Items are only available in a smooth finish. But they can be painted black to give that OE Styling and Color Effect.

Thanks

How many pieces in the kit?
Is there a particular wheel size that works with this wider wheel arch? 18x8+?
Looks like the MINI aerokit except wider

Is the aero roof spoiler part of the kit?

This is a 10 Piece Kit.

I've been told that it will handle just about any width rim, including those with spacers for big brake systems.

Thanks

It's finally a kit IMHO that is not too... "over the deep end"

My list of ?????
1. Again... as originally asked by minihume...HM pieces total?
2. Please describe a listing of each piece
3. They come smooth??? What does that mean?
4. What material(s) are they made of ????
5. Will you provide installation as well as painting services?
6. Can the kit be sold in pieces.. or just as a complete unit ?

I await your response Dan
Many thanks

Peace,

1. Again... as originally asked by minihume...HM pieces total? This is a 10 piece Kit

2. Please describe a listing of each piece There are 3 for each side in the front Bumper, Bonnet, and Rear portion of front Wheel Well, and for the back, There is 2 pieces for each side. Front portion, and bumper portion. Making up the total of 10 pieces.

3. They come smooth??? What does that mean? They come smooth, so that minimal sanding is needed. They are not textured like the OEM Units.

4. What material(s) are they made of ???? They are made of high quality Fiber Glass

5. Will you provide installation as well as painting services? As of now, I do not have the facilities to do the install but am looking for a good painter. I am looking for facilities and might have something in May.

6. Can the kit be sold in pieces.. or just as a complete unit ? As of now, this can only be sold as a whole kit. But if you want something, and find someone else to take the rest, I can split it up before shipping.

Thanks
Dan

This kit looks great. I know you don't have pricing details yet, but could you give us a ballpark cost for the parts? I assume they would be unpainted, or will you offer them painted as well?

Thanks!

I'd be interested in a kit that looked nearly like the standard non-aero kit, but like that one shown was painted to match the body. Having a black Mini I am always fighting with the trim to keep it looking good, so an integrated matching trim would be a great thing for me.

Just paint your oem parts to match. Many people have done this.

That is the best body kit to date. It gives the MINI the wide body look.

Dennis I know a bunch of goon Autobody guys out here.

If you but that you need wider wheels.

Hmm something for the future.

This is a pretty cool kit but isn't it the exact same kit mini mania sells? Its $100 cheaper there too.

Although they look similar, they are different kits. Mini-mania's kit only fits the regular Cooper and not the MCS.

Do you have any full-frontal shots of the car from about 20 feet back as well as from the same distance but from the rear of the car? Any idea if it could be used wit the OEM aero kit from and rear bumper covers? Since it is 10 pieces I suspect it is composed of replacements for the wheel arches and front/rear cover trim pieces. Is this the case?

Thanks

Mark

Dan, are these mounted the same as the oem pieces? Are any modifications neccesary to the underlying metal? Couple of the shots make it look like they are welded on (Good picture taking there).

This kit is for the OEM Bumpers only, not the Aero Kit.

I am working on more pictures.

Also This kit does not need modification to the body, as it mounts to the stock locations.

Thanks

I have here similar views of a stock MC and the wider arch MCS in sized format for comparison-
