Anyone replaced brake discs with slightly larger diameter?

If you go out to the AP Racing website- disc selection, they list many different sizes.
The stock size for MINIs is 10.9in front, and 10.2in rear...and I was wondering if the stock calipers would work with a slightly larger disc... say 11.02 inch (280mm) ?
