I ordered a new set of tires for my MCS through the Tire Rack's site the other night. I have a set of very light fifteen-inch wheels from a Cooper, and I ordered a set of 205/55-15 tires to replace the skinny all-season tires that come standard on the Cooper. This morning a friendly young man from the Tire Rack called to make sure that I hadn't made a mistake. He pointed out that the Cooper S comes with sixteen- or seventeen-inch wheels, and he wanted make sure that I hadn't mistakenly clicked fifteen inches as the desired size. While the Tire Rack surely has plenty of sound business reasons for seeing that its customers get the tires they want, I appreciate the effort to have a human being call me rather than sending an automated email to clarify the perceived discrepancy.

I would also like to extend kudos to Tire Rack. I ordered a replacement Dunlop run-flat (nail), and it arrived in LESS than 24 hours. Although the order was placed via the phone, I received an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation via e-mail. I did NOT ask for rush shipment and shipping charges were minimal. Less than 24 hours!

Thanks to all the good people at Tire Rack and I'll certainly be doing future business with you.

That was the easy part...now to find somebody to mount the bloody thing...

Tire Rack ROCKS!! I can't tell you how excited I was to see my shiny new Dunlop come rolling into my office (literally) off the FedEx truck! After being stuck in the middle of nowhere for days with tire problems, Tire Rack definitely helped ease the situation! THANKS!!

And let me add to what I previously wrote...I called an auto service business that I can see out my front window, that says they would have NO problem mounting a 17" run-flat tire. I didn't even know that they existed. Thanks again Alex!
