Pics of the Day from BC (2006/10/11)
A Day at the Wheel Shop.......
Went out to visit the folks at Panther today. Here's what they did with my factory wheels:
This is their "black chrome" treatment. I think they have a winner with this finish on this wheel.

Yeah, man, come on, we need answers
. Seriously, though, that looks great! Maybe I don't really need new wheels after all. Do they have a store in south Louisiana??

I don't like the s-lites at all, but that looks absolutely stunning! Good for you! Complements the shiny black car perfectly.

Here's some paint I've used in the past. Works good and using an Imron 500S clear, very durable on wheels.

Click on the links on the right for the "Hyperblack".

The treatment involves a 2 pass paint process plus clearcoating.
I believe they charge $150 per wheel for refinishing but one should contact them to confirm this:

Ask for Keith, Clint or Paul and mention the mirror chrome Cooper S wheels done for Jacob.

I agree -- wrong rims (for my taste), but they look sweet.
