215/45/17 tire pressure??
215/45/17 tire pressure??
I've had Yokohama AVS ES100's for a while now in 215/45/17 and I just cant seem to find a good pressure for them. I try to keep it at the normal 33 lbs. I've tried them slightly above that, they don't feel grippy and they feel less stable. When they've been underinflated, they actually feel a better than the standard or higher pressure.
Just wondering if anyone else is running tires in the same size and what pressures you are running. Any help would be appreciated!!

I have burned through 3 1/2 sets of these tires and I keep mine at 35psi cold. Works great for me both for my daily driving and for high performance activities.

In this thread, Alex from TireRack says 34 front, 38 rear... seems to be conflicting opinions as to whether front should have more or less PSI than rear??
