That is one quote I got, but have no idea what others got theirs done for.

Powdercoat colour=black
18" wheels, aluminum.

What is a good powdercoating price?

Thanks!!

In Dallas it's $45 to $60 per wheel for top quality powdercoating. From what I can tell however the price varies greatly across the country.

I had two 17" wheels stripped and powercoated for $60 each here in Southern California and the results were excellent.

It depends on if they have to sandblast the wheels also.
I work at a welding shop that powdercoats, and prices range from $60-$100 per wheel depending on the wheel. Some aftermarket wheels need sandblasting to help the powder stick. Prices can increase if you get a custom color also.

In Connecticut 3 years ago I paid $75 per wheel. Last week I paid $50.00 per wheel in a small town outside of London, England. I would think that $100 is a bit steep but does that inlcude bead blasting the original finish off first? You know you have to apply powder coating to bare material. I have 17" x 7.5" wheels

I had a set of S-Lites powder coated gloss black for $45.00 a wheel, included sandblasting them as well. Was done here in Dallas.

Some of the places that I called here in the Dallas area were considerably higher. Once place I called said the cost would be anywhere from $50.00 to $150.00 per wheel, but they wouldn't be able to tell me what the cost would be until they actually started doing the work. Needless to say, they didn't get my business.
