Replacing OEM brake pads

I know there's alot of these threads and I've searched but I didn't really get what I was looking for.

What do you think is a good OEM replacement? Instead of the 210$ my dealership want for the pads in all four corners, what can I get that is better for around the same price? I do alot of spirited driving and I plan on probably going on the track next season, or some autox.

Less brakedust would be nice as well.

Thanks in advance!

Hawk HPS. They make them for the front and rear. Tirerack only carries the front pads. This is where I bought mine www.elephantmotorsports.com/ The onwner is a fellow BMW Cub Racer. If you are an experienced track junkie, you will need more pad for the track. These are fine for a beginner however.

Ditto. These have worked well for me on other applications 365 days a year with 3-6 track days.

I just installed these pads last night. With the help of Octaneguy's how-to, I did the job in 1 hour 15 minutes. That included set up, remove/reinstall, cleanup, beddding in.

I don't have experience with the Hawks...

But EBC greens are Kevlar based (really reducing disc wear), signficantly reduce dust, and when used with the caliper bushings, don't have any fade (even on the track). I'm currently running EBC Reds, and they make more noise, dust and wear the rotor more than the Greens. My used BBK came with some more race only pads, and they just ate the rotors up!

I have the EBC Greens and the caliper bushings. Real nice set-up without breaking the bank.

Ferodo DS 2500 are wonderful. Great bite and really slow the Pooper down. Not much dust, but is a bit more sticky than the stock dust. No squeeling either, but the disks were relatively new.
