There was quite a lot of talk about the R90 replicas on MINI2 for a while. I think there was even a group buy on them. Searching on MINI2 should probably turn up any answers to questions you might have.

Well, then how do we do this group buy thing, there is already three people. What do you think? Listing maybe? Not very familiar with group buys.

I am going to go with the Tire Rack on some ASA AR1's and Goodyear F1"s as a package.

Thanks for the extremely condescending reply. You come across online as a most pleasant person. I asked the seller the same question before starting this thread but never received a response.

Sorry to be sarcastic, it just seemed so basic that if I posted first what the weight was as a helping issue to the thread, that I wouldnt be questioned on how I know this when the ask seller a question link is so readily available to the general public. My apologies for being sarcastic, I wasnt wanting to offend, just didnt know why my answer needed questioning... BTW here is the 2nd time he answered the question, just last night, as I asked again because I lost my original response...

These weigh right at 22lbs each.

Thanks
Nathan Williams

The difference between the real and fake ones are big. BBS one of the worlds finest producers of wheels in the world.

The BBS wheels are real two part construction. These are just a simple cast wheel..

I have the "Real" BBS R90s on my 2004 MCS. Average cost is $1700 a set. The cast wheels would be easily noticed as counterfeits by anyone who has real BBSs

Actually, these look very comparable to the AR1's.

Both are faux 2-piece cast wheels with non-functional rivets and weigh within a pound of one another, the AR1's just a bit lighter at 21lbs.

For some reason the finish on the ebay ones do not look anything like my ASA's, or the R90's, IMHO.
