Do I need to reinstall the wheels?

I received and installed my new (used) Flik Wasps last night, and they look GREAT (pics to come after I wash the car). Anyway, after I had finished putting them on, I noticed that I had gotten 4 plasticy looking rings.
They look like maybe they go in the middle of the back of the wheel to center the wheel on the disk as you're putting it on. Do I need to remove the wheels and put these rings in?
Also, I torqued the studs to 100 ft/lb. Is that enough?

Those are your hubcentric rings. You attach them to the wheel, and then the wheel to your car.

I think stock torque for wheels is around 92ft/lbs

How urgent is it that they go on? Can I wait till tonight? I have about 40 miles to do before I'll get home.

If it ever stops raining.
Seems silly to wash it when it's supposed to rain this week.

I'll take it easy until I get home then do them before I eat dinner.

Thanks for the offer Manny, but I have a little floor jack that worked fine last night.

Sndwave, you seem to know about this stuff...would it be my imagination that my steering is much lighter with these wheels than the stock 16s?

Put the centering rings on last night. It's amazing how much easier it was to intall the wheels with those rings on the axles!
Anyway, the dealership washed the car for me last night (half-arsed job, but better than nothing0 so here are the new wheels:

What's the Tire Size

Agro,
What size tires did you mount on the Wasps? 205/45/17's or 215/45/17?

I bought them with tires already on. They are Dunlop 9000 runflats in 205/45/R17. I believe they are tires that came on Todd's factory supplied S-Lites.
