Are Team Dynamics Pro race 1's too light?

For full time street use at least. I mean I know they call them race wheels but would they be too easy to dent using them on the street all the time? If I get them they would be summer wheels only and I would use my original MINI 16 inch wheels for dedicated snow tires.

Actually, the Pro Race 2s are lighter. The 1s are very popular for Miata spec racers and easily survive the abuses of the track. They're more than up to the task of a little summer drive.

Yeah I saw that the 2's were lighter but I Like the look of the 1's better. Would love to hear from anyone else that has experience with these wheels.

I'm using the Pro Race 1s for daily street use. No problems so far, I've had them on my car for about three months now.. Also using them on hilly and decrepid east bay roads.

Hey I'm new here I have a set on my honda race car. but about the team dynamics Pro race 1 they are very well popular in road racing in general and are super tough! they look well sorta like the O.Z and very well priced . You can call team dynamics and they would guide you to there nearest dealer in your area, good customer service i might add. Another Fact is Team dynamics sponsors a couple of BTCC cars in there series and if anyone watch British touring cars race, the cars and every component on it takes a beating

They are available by a number of NAM sponsors.

Look through the sponsor directory, there are others I am sure.

Also this guy is selling some used:
