Dan, i just wanted to say thanks for all the info you've given to the board.

I've purchased a set of snow tires and wheels on your recommendation, and when spring rolls around i'll probably get some SZ50s based on your recommendation, too. You're a great resource for the "Tire & Wheel Forum", thanks!

I really appreciate you guys! This is a great board to work with. I have more tire weight and such in the works. What I'd like to know is what you you guys want to chat about. What else can I bring to the table for you? What topics ane not clear, or what information can I help you with?

Dan

I would like to know why the MINI R85s are so freakin' heavy...
Just kidding, you don't have to answer that one. It's just a bummer that they aren't light, because they look sooo right on the car
I would like to know if I can mess around with the width of my tires (go wider) without any clearance problems. I don't think I would want them to be any bigger in diameter, but I wouldn't mind if they were a little bit smaller. That might help cure the slowness of first gear off the line, and it may even bring my computer and speedo closer to reality.
Anyway...thanks for all of the (very useful) information, and keep up the good work

Thanks DAN for answering my numerous questions on Oz's the past couple of weeks. It looks like the buyer does not want to sell know (or I am to cheap to pay him what he wants )...lol

Thanks dan for your input to this site - it is very useful and appreciated. Now if Tirerack would carry Falken I would love to show my thanks in a purchase. Any plans for selling the Falkens?
