Recommendations on rims?

I am having THE HARDEST TIME finding rims, it's getting annoying. I'd like to find black 5 star rims that are 17x7.5 and under $1k for a set, but I'm having no luck. The closest thing I found were the Focal 421 X's (attached below) but they seem to be out of stock everywhere, does anyone have any suggestions?

Would 17x7 work, why 17x7.5" (much less selection, adds weight although will fit slightly wider tire sizes)?

Which MINI are you getting these for?

I'm just a fan of wider wheels and I'm hoping to run 225/45 tires on them comfortably.

As for my MINI, it's a 2011 R56 S.

http://www.rotawheels.com/product/slipstream-frr2 I think I'm going with these in a flat black though, they're just what I'm looking for. I would get the 56.1 bore right?

OK, with an R56 you have a little more clearance for a taller tire. WIth R53 I have no extra room so 225/45-17 will not fit OEM suspension.

56.1mm is the inner bore and fits the OEM hub.

Rota Slipstreams are a very popular choice.

You want the whole "wheel" don't you, not just the rim ?
Hard to mount the rim without the spokes and the hub of the wheel.

As close as I can think of at the moment....Nice thing about these are no hubcentric ring needed these have a 56.1 bore.
That said, worth the extra $$$

I've had Rota's and Focal's....I've had better luck with Rota's....at least cosmetically...

For Black 5 star rims there are few choices in 17x7.5"

Tirerack has 17x7 black 5 star wheels for less than $1000 per set, just put in your exact MINI year and model to check

https://www.tirerack.com/wheels/resu...dClar=Cooper+S

Examples
Motegi Racing MR116, MR131 Traklite
Borbet Type F

In 17x7.5 et45
BBS SX is a duel spoke 5 star black wheel at $230 each
There are a few other duel spoke 5 star wheels and a 6 spoke black wheel
