Why is 18x7.5 or 8 so difficult to find?

Why is 18x7.5 or 8 so difficult to find?
I’ve been searching high and low for 18x7.5 or 8 for 4x100 for my 2008 R56 S. I realize it’s an odd bolt pattern, but you’d think some manufacturer would offer it as an option. Surely I’m not the only one looking for 18s.
