Another Rotiform question....
I tried searching, but came up with nothing on this. I am looking at the 30 offset 17 x 8 Nue wheel for my 2011 R56 S. Would I be able to run a 215/40/17 tire without rubbing? Anyone have experience with this? I am running stock suspension and may go with a mild spring drop down the road. Thanks for any help.
lol
That's my car.
I have 215/40/17 Yokohama S-Drives on those 17 x 8 ET30 BLQs. At stock height it does not rub. I have NM springs, Koni Yellows, H-Sport Rear Camber Links, and a H-Sport Sway Bar being delivered on Friday. After it is all installed, I'll let you know if I actually got a 30mm drop and if I'm rubbing.

That is well past flush.
It looked flush to me. Maybe my eyesight is not as good as it used to be. I do see some poke now that I look again...

A little poke but not a silly amount. It will change after all the parts are installed.
Currently: front wheel gap: 65mm (2.5"), rear: 70mm (2.65"?)

Oh that actually makes sense then. There literally isn't enough up travel in the stock suspension for the tires to rub.
