Does anyone have a MINI with HRE wheels?

 

Yes.
MCSmiami has a set of 19" ers on his. The pics were last seen on pg 528 of the gallery....I can't find them right now.

thanks, glad i asked.. 528 pages is a lot.. but none of the pics work.

 

I have a set of 19" 540R's on order. They will be Charcoal with Polished lips. Will post pics when they get here in about 2 weeks!

It's really not that bad. It is costing a little over $4K for the wheels and tires out the door. This will be my 4th set in my garage. Both of my Benz's have 20" HRE's and my TT has 19" HRE's also. The 20" cost me $6500 per set, so $4K is not bad for 1" less

The racing harts stick out about an inch too much, so I ordered the HRE's. The Racing harts do have a nice big lip though :smile:

Now 4 of my cars will have HRE's. I may have to put some on my X5 and LS430 also just to finish it off.

 

HRE's will be here tomorrow! As soon as they are on, I'll snap some shots. I guess I will have to install the coilovers now.

I'm thinking of a set of 18" 543R's on my S - but i'm a bit worried about the rubbing issues. What width and offset are your 19s", do you have any problems with rubbing?

I was thinking of 18x8's but i'd also love to get as deep a lip as possible (love that look) so I need to be careful of pushing the wheel out too far.
