Urgent advise in changing tires needed

So I'm finally doing it this weekend: I'm changing my hideous runflats for normal tires. But just when I had decided which I'd get another option presented itself, so I'd appreciate your advise ASAP:
As I mentioned in a previous post, I have a 2009 Chilli Mini Cooper. Its tires are 195/65/16, runflat (GoodYear Excellence).
I can either buy 4 new GoodYear Assurance 205/60/16 tires (and thus keep my rims), or buy 4 used (but in excellent condition) 195/65/15 Michelin HydroEdge tires WITH the four 15 rims for the very same price.
What do you suggest I do? I like the idea of having a "taller" tire wall, which makes me think I should go for the used 15 rims with the Michelin, plus the Michelin are better than the GoodYear. On the other hand, the GoodYear would be new and my rims are "prettier", so to speak.
Please! I need your advise!
Thank you and have a great weekend. With your help I hope to have changed my tires by Sunday afternoon.

Get the new rims. In 25K you'll need new ones anyway, and then you have 2 sizes you can go with...

Well, if I get the used 15 rims with the used Michelins I'm planning to sell my 16 rims so I get most of the cost back that way.

I think he meant new tires...and then he'd have two sets of wheels he can choose from for the next set.

Ok. So I bought the used 15 rims with the Michelin tires. Tomorrow we'll go to a specialized tire place to make sure they fit and, if they do, I'll pay the seller as agreed. Funny, he's selling them because he bought 17 rims for his Salt Mini Cooper with runflat tires. I'll let you know how it goes.
