davewerner: That's an easy one. Buy the wheels, take them to a powder coater/painter and then have the new tires mounted. Simple. I get a kick out guy/gals wanting a different color wheel. Sure it costs a little more, but with powder coating, or painting with hardner, the color is usually better and definately more chip resistant. Just a thought.
does anyone have any idea where i can get a set of RBs in gold? I'd like 17s if possible but so far have been unsuccessful finding them. thanks.
contact: http://www.18racing.com/wheel_rb.html this is where I ordered my white rb's before Mach V stocked them. Special order was no problem, $650 for the set and a 2-3 month wait.
I have a local guy selling some 15x8 gunmetal polished lip RBs. has anyone tried the 15x8s? I wanted to get an idea of how they looked Im a fan of the konig candies with a nice tire these sound good for some autox this year!

Are those wheels on a MINI now? 15" RBs are hard to fit because they run into the control arm. Unless the offset is very low, I'd be concerned about interference with the suspension.
Thanks! The thing I like about the hyper blacks is that, like the Astro black, it looks a little different depending on the lighting. In Dan's pic they look a little darker. The ABs and the hypers go very well together.
I looked at your gallery, your R53 is amazing. Beautiful car!
Thanks! I do it semi pro as well. I make some money on the side but not enough to quit my day job. It's all good though, keeps me busy and it's lots of fun.
