New Shoes

Well.. Mini Mee gets new shoes on friday.. got the Yokohama AVID EnVigor from Tire Rack... 205/45/17.... the RF's are soon to be history

Congrats! I'm jealous...can't wait to ditch runflats. Before MOTD 2011...I will have non-RF's.

Don't be too Jealous.. they weren't free... now I just have to deal with the tire changers... they do have a "touch less" machine so all should go well

well so far they seem to be a good choice.... much quieter... and ride better too.... my wife said she likes hearing the exhaust and supercharger sounds

How do they handle? Is the turn in and on center fell good? Have you pushed them trhough the corners?

we actually have not put too many miles on them yet... on the ride home it was raining pretty hard and they were fine on a wet road.. they are much quieter that's for sure.. and we did not feel any twitchy, wandery at all.. my wife is dealing with some scarring in her eyes from an infection in her cornea's and is unable to read let alone drive so Mini Mee is sitting in the garage for now..

Sorry Mini Me is not able to come out and play. Please keep us posted when your able, especially on cold and winter weather aspects of this tire. The tire seems to be so new that no one knows how they will do in the snow.
