Countryman Trunk/boot protection cover?

Hey so im in the process of helping my girlfriend move boxes of stuff (and shoes..) and she thought that getting something to protect the inside of the car might be good to have.

I was thinking of ordering the mini trunk protection space cover kit but couldn't find too much information on it this morning. Mostly the questions i had was:

- Is it just a cover or does it provide a little bit of cushion for some sort of protection?

- Would this work in a countryman that does not have a flat load floor? (it kinda looks like in the pictures proveded by mini it may have a flat load?)

anyways heres a link to ECS tuning for reference: http://www.ecstuning.com/ES2102044/

Thanks!

Made for the flat level floor , but I dont see why not for the non flat , its just a cover, Might dip down a bit in the trunk some due to non flat level floor.

Looks like a nylon material top with a materiel backing.
Water and dirt-resistant cover on a plain black canvas.
