Hi

My front driver side rim was damaged when I pulled to close to the curb. Would it be cheaper to look for someone willing to sell one wheel or purchase a new rim from the dealer?

thanks

mike

Don't know whta the dealer charges but I took off my factory S-lites a couple weeks ago from my 2004 MCS after 26 miles. I think the wheel and factory run-flat performance tire should be worth $250. Let me know if your interested.

Good luck

Thanks. I will check with the dealer. If he can't beat your price, I will be contacting you.

thanks

mbur1024,
I'd be interested in buying your "old shoes". living in Miniapolis, I need a spare set of rims. I just ordered snows for my current S lites and want to keep the same look for winter and summer using an extrra set of rims.
l8r,
Robert

fourkeelers: You got snows for your 17" S-Lites? I didn't think anybody made a good 17" snow tire. What tires did you get?

Check with the Tire Rack. They can help you out with snow tires.

I have 3 silver S-Lites that I am willing to part with (individually if necessary) @ $100 each plus shipping.
Let me know if you are interested.

bamamini,
Retail for a 17 x 17.5 S-Lite is $225, according to the MINI Accesories Catalog.
Classic MINI will most likely sell you a replacement for $180 (MSRP less 20%)
Check with Brian in parts bmwparts@classicautocampus.com

Look up their add in the Sponsor directory for a phone number. They's open Saturdays till Noon eastern
