I know it's not brakes tires or wheels but I wanted to get the attention of Alex from tirerack.com. I got the PIAA Windshield wipers from Tire Rack and they are awesome. It rained all day yesterday and I don't think I need to turn my wipers on past intermitent.

Now for the $20,000 question, is there, or will there be a PIAA replacement or refill for the rear wiper blade? Mine is beat up and basically worthless, and I didn't see a replacement on the site, but who knows!

Thanks,
Alex

Could you check again? Someone, someday, has to make a good rear replacement blade.

PIAA has a 12 inch graphite blade, but they don't list a silicon one

Silblade lists a 12 inch silicon blade

I now have the 12" Silblade. Amazon has great prices on all Silblades, but check the seller's rating (the seller seems to change every so often) before buying. Several posts on NAM deal with how hard it is to install. Some could not get it to 'click' at all, and one or two broke the rear arm trying. Even getting the old one off can be a bit nervous-making.

For me, figuring out exactly which angle to press at, combined with sort of squeezing it and the arm together, caused it to click into place. The arm is perhaps a sixteenth of an inch too long, but that problem solved itself after a few uses and it is working extremely well for me.

The reason I was given when I asked Piaa why they didn't list a rear wiper was they dont have an arm with enough curvature to make 100% contact thru the arm's entire travle.
