Ok as wickley off topic these things get i can try to put it back on track.

I ordered this kit from Mac V.
Great turn around on the order. only waited for 5 business days and i got the ground.
The only wa-wa moment i had was, i didnt know the brake sensors would ship separate. so i freaked out a little bit, but Dan set me strait.

So i got around to pulling them out of the box and they look all cool and Sh*t. the kit for the R56 have black coating on them i guess for rust prevention.

I did the front 2 today 2/15/11 and will do the rear 2 in a day or so.
If someone reminds me i will let you ALL know how they are holding up in a month or so.

fwiw, I've had this kit on my MINI for about 10,000 miles now. I had a couple issues with the alignment of the holes for the lugs to pass through on the rear rotors when I first installed. Otherwise, so far so good.

Sweet! I was just told I need front pads and rotors with a quote of $500 with labor. We going to try to do these ourselves. I can't wait to get the Hawk pads on there...I hate the brake dust from the OEM's!
