Blacked out R83's

It's going to be a while before I can get the Rota RB's I'm lusting after, but in the mean time I was thinking of blacking out the R83's I have now. Give me your opinion on painting them or just leave them alone.

(excuse the crude example )

or leave them alone

Crude example and all looks like they would look nice in black. Maybe one of the photoshop experts on NAM can improve on your photo editing work to get a better idea. Or, look around NAM, maybe someone has been there, done that and you can see what their car looks like.

I did a pretty good search and couldn't find anything. If someone could photoshop my pic it would make it way easier to talk my wife into this if I decide to go ahead with it

Thanks, if you get a chance could you do another with just the spokes black? I want to leave the "lip" silver. Thanks again

Thanks! It's looking like the wife is going to shoot that idea down, though

Try a water soluble paint that you can temporarily paint the wheels with to show your wife and yourself what it will look like. If you dont like the looks then wash it off. If you do then wash it off and apply permanent paint.

Here's how I did my 15" R 93 "Rocket" wheels that I use in the winter.
