Tire Rack - no wheels for Clubman?

I tried to enter 2008 Clubman S into the configurator for new wheels and it says none available - What's up with that?

I'm not familiar with the inner workings of the TireRack configurator. But my guess is, they have plenty of wheels that will fit; they just don't yet have a picture of a Clubman so that you can see how they look.

Just noticed that Element wheels is the same - no Clubmans, or '08 MINI's period.

Hmmm... just got an email from EdgeRacing stating that none of their wheels will fit the Clubman ....
Clubmans must have some unknown, secret do-hickey on them that prevents regular MINI wheels from fitting ...

LOL......whaaaat?

I've worked on the clubman suspension and it's exactly like the R56 and we know the brakes are the same. I wonder why edgeracing thinks the wheels won't fit the clubman? They have the same arch dimensions and wheel well space

What size wheel are you looking to get? I can point you to what specs you should look for since it doesn't sound like the companies have uploaded the clubman into their databases yet.

Looking for something in black with some red (pinstripe or something a little bigger), 16" or 17" - something like:

I would assume that no one has had the chance to confirm if things fit. unless BMW is really terrible at producing cars any wheel that fits on an R56 should fit on the clubman. There is no reason for that part of the car to be different.

Exactly -

We need a Cluban to testfit here in South Bend IN. I can offer a reduction in cost to any clubman that allows our test fit. A deal on wheels, and a free carwash - before we photograph it in our studio.

Monday - Friday is best. Call me ASAP if you'd like to be the one!

What a deal for some lucky Clubman close to tirerack!

Tirerack is usually very good about doing the fitment checks to ensure that the wheels they list will fit the model you indicate when selecting wheels.

I'd expect fitment to be very close or the same as for an R56 MCS in this case.

C'mon Chicagoans!!
I've seen at least half a dozen Clubmans (Clubmen?) on the streets in the last month and I'm not even looking hard! Most of you know the way to Notre Dame by heart anyway. Give Alex a call and set something up. Let's get the Clubman on the TireRack configurator!
