R1 Racing Wheels...Anyone Have them?
Guys..I am searching for a New set of shoes for my ride and I really like the R1 Racing GTR-4 wheels.
I haven't heard too much about these products...anyone have them on their MINI?
If so..would LOVE to see some pics....in black hopefully.

17x7 4x100 bolt pattern +40 offset 73.1mm hub bore
MINI is 56.1mm hub bore so you'll need centering rings that measure 73.1 and 56.1.
Also check with vendor if this rim will work with your wheel bolt size (12mm for 2002-2006 MINIs) 14mm for 2006 and later MINIs and with TPMS if you have it.
I don't know of any MINI owners that have posted pictures of this wheel and their MINI as of yet.
Just looking at the design and price (about $179 each) I'd expect the rim to be heavy.
Black finish won't show as much brake dust so that could be good for general wheel care.

They may be heavy but....
Since you asked, here's a couple of pictures on my mini - silver, not black, but I like the look. I've never actually weighed them. Go well with the accursed runflats that I am also partial to. Also replaced the cheap lug bolts with gorillas, keyed and recessed so they look much better.
Second look, these aren't actually GTR-4's but some other model (-1s ?). Who knows.

i have R1 Racing Victory's, no problems so far but a little black paint has come off when removing the wheels but i guess thats a given. i like in pennsylvania where the roads are notoriously awful and they're still in perfect shape..
