I would like to be able to run 18X8 and an offset of +45... Any advice is greatly appreciated thanks guys!!!!

You'll need hubcentric rings and you might have to bore them out to fit the 14mm, or maybe you can get the 14mm to 12mm conversion kit

Also, the wheels won't look that aggressive because the ones pictured have a really aggressive offset to make them look like that

18x7.5" most people run that with a 215/35/18 tire

Offset depends but I'm running a +44 with a 215/35/18 tire size and I'm lowered on coilovers

ive looked everywere but i have come up with nothing theyre pretty new too!!!

With an 8" wheel, I would go for a 40mm offset instead of the 45mm. I run a 38mm 17x8" and use 235/40-17 tires on them with no issues, even lowered. You could use a 225 or 235 on the 18 as well, but I would go with a lower profile to keep the diameter the same.

I also have a set of 17x7.5" K1s that are a 35mm offset, and they work great too, again using the 235.

sure does thanks, i plan to lower the ride hieght by using H&R springs is there any other mesh type wheel that resemble the tenzo's.... exept the everly so popular ASA's.....?

ok...don't shoot me, but what exactly is a "off set" and what is a hubcentric ring?? can someone explain it to me as if i'm a 5th grader? '

i always thought as long as i'm getting 4x100 rims, i'm all set, but i guess not...

The offset is how far the hub mounting surface is from the center of the wheel. The greater the number, the less it sticks out. If our wheel is 48mm offset, that means the wheel center is 48mm from the mounting surface, so it is pretty far inboard. If you had a 30mm offset, it would move the wheel 18mm closer to the wing (fender) - so it sticks out farther.

i just order some 18's inch wheels for my Cooper S with some 215-35 they told me that they would not rub.. I wanted to go with a 40' s, but not for sure it they would not rub as well..

no fender trimmage? consensus was on the R53 you needed to do a bit of work for a 235/40/17 to fit.
