Hey guys i am interested in getting the SSR GT1's as i have posted here already a couple of times. However i am a little leary of how they will look in the smaller size of 16. I would appreciate any pics of aftermarket rims in this size. Thank you

I think in a prior post by you for pics, cristo with SSR GT1 in 16x7 has already posted pics for you.

Do you need more pics? His are pretty good for showing the size of the 16" rims.

sorry I don't have better rim-only shots. These are 16" alloy Borbets, from Tirerack. If I recall, about $95 a piece  I think they look better then the oem's!

That's not what that is. That's Harmin's car in MY neighborhood, and the local kids saying, "This car is SOOOOOO nice we ain't gonna steal the hubcaps"

Nice pull on those Borbets. I had those mounted on my Civic/Miata as my winter rims w/Blizzaks. I didn't know they were available in 16" rims or I would have given them a strong consideration. I think they look very sharp.

I'll get pics of my 16" Mille Miglia Cellos when my S comes in this week.

Me too! All of my exterior styling efforts have been in the direction of a more traditional or classic look (for example I just installed the chrome cooper grill on my S). But I've been looking at 17's, thinking they were the best performance/style compromise. Now, after seeing all these beautiful cars I'm convinced the 16's have a fantastic classic look about them. It also doesn't hurt that 16's weigh less and cost less. No compromise needed!

Thanks to all that posted pictures.

Cheers,

James

Bwaahhaha

Actually, that's my posse!! They look out for my car all the time!! Nobody goes near it with these kids in the hood!!!

The 16's do look nicer when the car is lowered. The above pic was taken the day I got the wheels on. See my signature pics to see how they look 1" down with the H-Sports.
