Well, maybe next time. I went ahead and just got a new set of rotors from MINI, since I couldn't find any confirmed aftermarket ones. Got a call that the front rotors are in, so I'm picking them up later, and w00t! the CarboTech pads just showed up with UPS, too. Dang, the rear pads for these cars are TINY! I think I've put larger brake pads on bicycles.

Now to order a set of braided brake lines...
