For whatever reason, I was really hooked on the World Rally Blue Subaru WRX with Gold Wheels a few years back and I am still thinking about it for my Indi Blue MCS.

So does anyone have any pics of gold or bronze wheels? It would be great if any current owners who have these wheels would post pictures because I want to see the whole package, otherwise just show me the wheels.

I would like light weight 17 inch wheels if possible, but it is not a requirement. As for price, I have yet to decide how much to spend. It all depends how much I love the wheels I guess. I'm all about "the look"

Thanks in advance

These are really nice if not a little dull looking, but that is probably just the pictures. They look light weight, but maybe some center caps are needed?

True, but I priced vs. dealer installed r90s and r85s. When I spec'd my Cooper, I inquired about the costs to do the r85s (something like $2300 for whls, tires, install, a LOT of BS IMO)--I knew I could get some nice aftermarket kicks for less. I drove a few months on the stock 15 inchers, then Ta-Da.

BTW, these were the brightest golds I could find. The darker golds looked too mustardy.

the above picture is gold, the other picture is bronze. i have bronze volks and yes they are not that shiny, sort of a dirty color. but i found the golds to be too bright. you need to see both in person as neither really photographs very well.

here's mine on an EB (click on the link, it's a pretty big picture)

bronze volk
