Replacement tires on Mini OEM Tires?

Can I replace my 175/65-15 with P195/60-15" tires on OEM rims on my MINI? Per my understanding the speedometer would not be effected by this change. If not, do I need to replace my rims with 15-6.5" rims to address 195/60 tires?

195/60/ is a great fit on your Mini. Most tires in this size mount from 5.5 - 7.5 inch wide wheels! Good choice for more performace oriented driving.
