Tires anyone?

Marty, my '03 MCS needs new tires. Has anyone had Goodyear Eagle 1's on their MINI? We need all season tires, and just wondered if anyone has/had any luck with those.
Any tire recommendations would be appreciated!
Thanks- Maria

I have Avon M550 AS tires - Great tires - so far have lasted about twice as long as the OEM GoodYear Run Flats and the Avons still look new. Got my set from my local Cooper Tire dealer (Avon is owned by Cooper) Ran me just over $100/tire mounted/balanced.

F1 Gs D3
works a great on Mini.
F1 AS is too new to know - I was very impressed in our tire testing.

Thank you everyone! We're getting the new tires Monday and I do have one more question...
What are the torque requirements on the stock wheel? Not quite sure what wheels I have- but there are pics in my gallery. If anyone knows the requirements I would be most appreciative

Did you ever buy the Good Year Eagle F1 All Seasons?
I am considering them this week.

I've got the Eagle F1s - high performance summer tire with the best wet traction I've ever seen. I live in a pretty warm climate (Dallas, TX)... I'm going to wait before doing it, but I've been contimplating re-mounting my run-flats for winter use. The summer compound tires don't always do so well once the weather gets cold.

I'm running 215/40/17 on my factory webspokes. It's a great looking tire, but I'll probably get a 45 profile next time for a bit more ride softness and some more protection for the wheels in an urban environment.

Switched from Avons to the new F1 all season and love them, great wet weather traction and excellent grip.
