Rub schmub, if I was worried about that I would have bought a geo metro and cut the fenders off.

Which brings me to a good question. Is there an inner fender lip on our Mini's? I guess I could go outside and check but I'm too lazy.

Well the only issue with the front would be the actual fender liner itself. With the rear there is a half-inch lip that could cause a rubbing issue. But with the proper ride height / dampering and spacing you could get almost anything to work.

Do your homework, look at the Minis in this thread and also lowered Minis thread and make an educated decision. You can gain a lot of insight and knowledge from NAM. There are a lot of Miniacs in NAM that know the deal. Learn from them. Don't do mods that will not work and waste your $$$ because you jumped into it...and may regret later. It took me almost 2 years to make my decisions on my mods and build and the guys (experts) in NAM definately helped .

the linners are jus plastic so........not a biggie, i would be more worried about steerin' radius if it matters.
we all know extreme modders dont need no stinkin' turnin' radius

Those look nice. I would be worried about the offset though. I've been waiting 6 months for PANASPORT to make me a set of FS16's in gloss black with a polished lip. They should look very similiar.

I know this is the wheels forum but someone was talking about angel eyes and I can't find the picture. Can someone help me? I think it was something Rallymini posted.

Did the price of the Kosei (sp?) K-1s go up? They're like $200 on TireRack, now, and I thought they were more along the lines of $150. Or maybe I'm thinking of Rotas...

i think the K1's were always around 200+ but never 150's...

i noticed that tirerack's starting to sell their other Kazera 5 spokes
in the ASA brand without the etching in the spokes. i think it looks
cleaner that way.

Aquido - you're a very complicated (confusing) guy.

Calm down there, obviously I'm not going to get a wheel where it sticks out of the fender 7 inches. I was merely stating that I liked the wheels.
