No I dont think you can remove the scratches. A little will buff out but I dont think much. Let me know about the Floor mats.
I've seen the full switch panel for like $200, so you should be able to get some money out of that, I'd imagine

Passenger side motor mount bracket bolts (ones that bolt to the motor) x4 assuming the bolts are the same regardless of old style vs new style motor mount, and the bumper carrier bolts and the bolts that go to the S shaped crash bars (x2, assuming the other side is trashed). Would prefer minimal rust, but will take all of these bolts associated, and the body nuts that bolt the skid plate to the car if you have them.
