Urethane bushings - Yay, or Nay?

I am about to have some work done on the Egguinn. I am thinking of putting on the urethane bushings from Ireland Engineering. Both engine mounts and the gear box mount. Here is the pic of one of them:

Any one have any opinions on these?

We sell and install the PowerFlex bushings, and they work well.

The IE bushings suck. They do not fit well, especially the transmission mount. I ended up having to reshape them. I would go with powerflex. The powerflex stuff I have used in other parts of the car is perfectly cast. I plan on replacing the IE bushings with powerflex.

They do work though. The bushings on the engine side will remove most of the movement with a small increase in vibration. The trans side didn't make much more of an improvement, but the added vibration was significant.

I would be interested to see how these work out for you . The mini motor just moves around way too much and the suspension could use a bit more of a tight feel as well
.

Need more info. Egguinn is an '05 MCc. Apparently there are no urethane bushings for the transmission mount. The top engine mount doesn't need them. And the bottom engine mount on the MCc is somehow different than the on MCS as the busings my mechanic normally installs on the MCS's did not fit. Does anyone know if that is correct?

Just trying to minimize the engine movement. And before you suggest it, I did just order the damper.
