I recently got a set of Team Dynamics ProRace 1.2 in 18x8 +40 from outmotoring.
I am running 225/40/18 Bridgestone Potenza Re-71R in 225/40/18.
My suspension set up is as follows:
KW Variant 2 Inox
Megan Racing adjustable upper and lower rear control arms
NM Engineering 25 mm rear sway bar and endlinks
Powerflex Front control arm bushings with camber adjustment
My alignment settings are as follows:
-1.5* camber, 0 toe up front
-2.5* camber, 0.2 toe out rear
There is a little rub (I am LOW and the Re-71R's run wide. My 225 is closer to a 235/240) but the fenders are self correcting as we speak .
For those who are a little more conservative or not running the lower control arm bushings for the additional camber - I think that a +45 up front and 215 max would be ideal. For those that freak out when they rub a little or have to remove little rubber nubs as everything settles you definitely will not want this.
Not a lot of tire options in that size though Once camber plates are available I think this set up will be the way to go for aggressive fitment and big tires for more folks. For now it works great for me you just can't be shy while it rubs itself out some room haha
I'll be soon receiving 18x8 offset 50 Volk Ze40.
It Will be paired with kW variant 3.
I hope to run some Michelin super sport 215 40 18 instead of 205 40 18.
I really hope that spacers isn't needed, and hoping to run some jcw pro big brake kit down the line.

That is a pretty high offset - you will probably need spacers to clear the brakes depending on the depth of the spokes.
e45 in 18x8 is the only correct offset that leaves a few Millimeter clearance of the caliper s & struts.
It allows 225-35-18 tire fitment with lowered vehicles. No spacers needed.
Noooo! I was off by 5 mm. Really don't want to cancel since I've been waiting for months for these wheels. Time to look into other Brembo bbk. Will have coils fitted this Friday and wheels come in next week. We shal see......

Maybe take a look here as this guy has Rays Volks G25 wheels on his car...
I see it now... good luck with the fitment... I did read some have managed to squeeze in Advan RS/RZ (perhaps with spacer) which is a similar design on a F56 JCW below
I suspect these are 18x7.5 ET48 as mentioned below so will have needed spacers
I ran 225/40/18 all day long with no issues. Nitto NT01
Now I'm going with 235/40/18 on new NM RSE12.
Offset 45 and will clear big brakes.
This veh has become mostly a track car now.
With the new motor and probably around 300 hp, I felt a slightly taller and wider tire would help with wheel spin and understeer.
I'm actually running the NT05 in rear to help eliminate understeer and NO FSB

I would not assume spacers needed as the factory R113 wheels are 52 ET.
With the design of these Volk spokes, it looks like they should clear the caliper.
