cant tell if sport or not

I was trying to get better pictures of my rear shocks to tell if its a sports suspension or not.
I just cant tell.

I can see in 1 pic the coil spring color code. I see 2 brown and 1 white. would that help ID?

My sport suspension has a sticker with "SPORT" labeled on the shocks. You can also use the VIN decoder on this site to see if your car has sport suspension. It's under the Tools menu.

Plugged in my VIN, it says "Performance Suspension". Same as "Sport"? Haven't really looked for stickers on my struts yet....

No, don't use that. It simply lists generic information about cars of your year and model, not the options on your particular vehicle.

Try this: http://bimmer.work/

On my car I snapped a cellphone photo, googled the shock part number and had my answer in two minutes.

That link doesn't work for me? Just goes back to the home page when I hit submit?

Did you click on the checkbox "I'm not a robot"?

You know, a robot should be able to browse the internet free from persecution like this. It's an outrage! Robots have been profiled and shunned for far too long, and it's time we put a stop to...

Oh, it only needs the last 7 numbers of the VIN? Ha - good one! See, because you thought I was a robot, and obviously, that is just not the case, so 010011010011100!

On the VIN Decoder the type of shocks for my 2006 BMW 325i says 5-Link. What kind of shocks should I buy: Sports suspension or standard suspension?
