Suspension Rear Swaybar knock and clunck

Rear Swaybar knock and clunck
I had my local dealer install a new NM rear sway bar, I love the way it makes the car handle, but there is a significant amount of racket happening in the back at low speeds (I suspect at high speeds to but to much ambient noise to hear.)
They said all parts are tight and properly installed. They also said that this is normal for all sway bars.
This doesn't really seem accurate. Anybody with the same problem or remedy?

Mine has been doing it ever since I installed it 7 or 8k miles ago. Took it into the dealer and the response was that it was touching the bottom of the subframe. So I called up Jerry at NM ad he fabricated me two 3mm spacers to fit under the bushing and mounting holes so it will lift up the bar just enough to not hit the subframe. I'll let y'all know if that solves anything.

I'm looking into getting the NM rear sway for my Countryman as I had it on my '08 Clubman S. I was interested to hear what happened here.
I'm just going to throw this out there in case anyone is doing a search on the rear sway making noise and comes across this thread. On my Clubbie around the 3-4 year mark, the bushings holding the bar to the chassis had worn down not only on the inside but on the sides and the bar had some side to side play. This gave it a knocking sound that drove me nuts.
Also, a little hotrodder trick if you want to solve worn bushings is to wrap your bar with some electrical tape and re-install the old bushings in the interim until your new bushings arrive.
Cheers
