It may raise your car slightly but they are a great deal for the money.

The H-Sport (Hotchkis) adjustable plates do not increase ride height.
The IE fixed plates increase ride height about 1/8".

I have the H-Sport adjustable camber plates which have a steel bearing at the top mount instead of the stock rubber mount so the H-Sport camber plates do add a harshness that you can feel. I guess I can hear a little noise but your really should not be able to hear a noise, I suspect my bearings are worn and need replacement. The bearings are replaceable. I have never replaced the bearings and I have about 90,000 miles on the plates. My bearings have clunked a little when the bearing needed to be lubed.

With stock size springs (not coil-overs) you do not need the optional size spring perch.

The fixed plates do not add any harseness or noise because they still use a rubber top mount.

The IE fixed plates are a great value. If you live in the Northeast, or where you get a lot of snow, I've noticed that they don't hold up to salt and snow very well, so budget for rusty parts replacement.
