I just got these two items installed by Mark @ Foreign affairs.

All I can say is, "WOW"

Took a windy road in Boca @ 75 mpg, where as I could only chance about 60 before. He also fixed my madness intake with a new hose bracket, and now I get the full supercharger whine! The pulley makes it feel like I have an extra gear. I was doing 50mph in 2nd today!

Congratualtions on your new toys. And welcome to NAM.

Not trying to be nitpicky, but just trying to clear up a falacy that has lurked on these boards. The fact that you have a larger pulley, which is making more horsepower will not translate to faster speeds in a given gear/rpm. What was possible in 2nd is still the same speed you will see in 2nd after the pulley. Obviously with the pulley you will get to that speed quicker. The speed the car goes in at a given gear/rpm is driven by the gear ratios (i.e. final drive gear and transmission gear).

As for the topic, what hole position did you use for the Rear Sway Bar???

don't worry about spelling (fun)! glad to have you on the site and we are glad to see you are injoying your mini. mod it up and drive thats what this car was made for. remember though there are some very annal people here so keep your opinions to yourself or you might get butchered. just having fun in my new childhood. mini's were new when i was in high school and i love mine at 50+ brg mcs, pulley, intake, tower brace, short shifter, checkerboard top bonnet stripes. i want to know more about your sway bar.

 

Very tight cornering. Car doesn't feel like it will give at all. I am very pleased with this mod. Next up: Lighter tires & wheels.

Don't worry about them. Just try to cut and paste everything you write into Word first and run a spell check. Then join a honda forum and ask the question there first. When they get finished with you, you can come here and WoW them.

Exactly!!! But, seriously, the mod was great. I am doing wheels/tires next, after I get the stereo situated.
