Suspension NM lowering springs = good stuff
Its not that inaccurate due to having only 1000 miles on my car. Even if I had 20k on it, it would be proportionate. It looks like I have 3 1/2"+, even if you had significant tire wear, you won't have 1"+ in difference.
Just got the springs installed and really enjoyed the new ride home. Btw, I measured from ground to arch (through the center of the wheel) before and after:
Before:
Front/Rear - 27.5in
After:
Front/Rear - 26.5in
I have sports suspension on my All4.

Posted this on the other thread re: NM springs:
Anyone try these on 18" wheels with 225/50 tires (as opposed to 225/45)? I don't mind how high the R60 sits on stock tires and springs, but do not like the excessive gap between the top of the tire and bottom of the wheel well.
Was thinking of getting 225/50 tires instead of 225/45, and maybe lowering it slightly with aftermarket springs. But I am afraid the combo might be overkill and put the well too close to the tire. Thoughts?

Waiting
also just wondering: Has anyone successfully add these wheels and tires combo? Anyone experience rubbing or am I wish full thinking?
NM Springs
19 x 8.5 +35 offset
245/40/19 tires
Your thoughts on this combo with these springs??

Hey there,
I have a set of 19" installed with my NM springs with the following configuration:
19 x 8.5 +45
225/40
Works fine with me. Note that 225/40 is an odd size for 19" tires so you may have less options of tires.
In my opinion, 8.5 +45 is the maximum offset you can have, +35 is a strict no.
If you use this calculater, you can see how far off your new wheels will be compared to the current set-up. http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp
Here's a photo! I hope I can go even lower~

Your car look pretty sharp!
Could you take a picture of the space between the tire to the shock? My CMS will arrive next month and I plan on getting the lower springs and same set of wheels, those are V710? but with 235/40/19 tires, so wondering if there are any room left for wider tires
how much does each wheel weight?
Tks
