H&R Lowering Springs now available!

Spoke with an H&R rep @ SEMA last week. According to him, 1.4" drop front and rear springs are in stock for the Countryman All 4. Part number 28923-4, MSRP $369. I took some pics and will try to post in a bit.

Anyone know of any places in the US to buy these springs? They are indeed listed on H&R's website, but I can't actually find anyone who sells them.

I'm sure they'll show up eventually, I was just curious if they are generally available yet.

I spoke to Achtuning early last week and was told the H&R springs were still another 60-90 days out. I went with NM springs instead. They should be here any day now.

They don't list the Countryman on their website (yet) but they can get parts through H&R, NM and others.

Great looking Countryman, this is the ride height MINI should be delivering them with.

So I take it no one here has put the H&R springs on the countryman other than H&R themselves?? How do these run and feel??

im half tempted to order these and swap out the NM springs I have.

Wonder how hard it would be to do a swap in my garage? hmmm

The H&R springs look much more beefy than the NM springs, hopefully they will eliminate the bottoming out issue in the rear.

Someone should do a DIY spring install. I know on my 2008 GTI some very particular special tools were required (triple square sockets, strut spreader) and there were a few tricks to get it done...

FYI: Not seeing the vs pic and the link is a border. Blank.

Can you explain the bottoming out issue you're having? Do you like the ride with the NM springs?

i hate the ride with the NM springs. The rear springs feel like theyre not strong enough, with passengers sitting in the back, any dip you hit at FWY speeds causes the suspension to load, hit the bump stops, rebound hard. Causing your rear passengers to fly.
