SWIFT Springs are coming

My first attempt had a title typo that said Sprint instead of Swift and I could not fix it so I started this new thread iwth the proper manufacturer name, Swift.

I read conflicting reports about the availability of Swift Springs for the R56 so contacted them. Their reply is pasted below:

They will be released shortly. All the testing and everything have finished and we are waiting about a month for them to finally come in. They will also be a Spec R model spring, like our R53. A very performance oriented lowering spring but is comfortable enough for a DD.

It is going to be about an inch drop because of its extremely high rideheight.

The R53 on the other hand is about .7 inch drop.

Thank you for looking into our springs!

Best Regards,
Sales

Awesome. I've heard such great things about Swift. I know it's hard to say, but would these be compatible with say...Koni FSDs?

I would think so, usually the issue is shocks being compatible with lowering springs, not the other way around. Maybe Swift has the info. Try the link in my first post and see what they say about the Spec R springs.

These are being sold and installed already. I know some have gotten them from RMW.

Thanks HRM.

Swift's Website isn't the best for info so I e-mailed them for details on the product.

Good to know RMW sells the springs- Jan just dyno tuned my car a couple weeks ago ; )

Hey Davisflyer- Since we both have JCW suspension now, I'll be curious to see what you think of the change.

Will you still be running JCW shocks?
