That is high in the front - I would expect some settle but not that much. You didn't say what dampers you're running. I've heard in the past the FSD's would raise the height a bit (don't understand why, but I'm no engineer).

Mine sits slightly higher in the front w/the V3s and Koni Yellows, but that's due to IE Fixed plates. I tried to find a clear shot - but they were all action pics so not a true visual.

Dampers are oem. I believe the TSW springs were designed specifically for oem dampers. My car has less than 30K mileage. No camber plates. Only other changes from stock suspension is rear sway bar and rear control arms, but I don't think those should affect front height.

If you ever get a chance to take a pic, please post. Btw, how thick are those IE plates?

Here's one pic - a little hard to see, but the yellow Koni does stand out.

The plates are fairly beefy, about 1/4 inch or so - but no more worried about 'shrooming the OEM mounts, and the added camber is a nice plus.

On the whole, it's a great set-up. Great set up on the street, comfortable commuter, and Very good for Auto-X (although STX in this region is hugely competitive this year so coil overs may be in the cards for next year)

I would def take it by the installer and have them check it. Mine settled, but they never looked like that, very even drop. Mine are older though to, V.2 models.

I installed TSWs, Koni sports, and ireland fixed plates about three weeks and 800 miles ago. I chose the TSWs due to their relatively mild drop and the fact they were linear rate. As of yesterday, the rear sits 1/4" lower than a stock R53 and the front sits 1/4" higher, this is even after some very aggressive daily driving in the mountainous roads of utah. I have heard to keep waiting, but I'm done with these springs.

To put it in perspective, the mini is rolling on 225/40/18s

Yeah.. that looks weird. Sorry it didn't work out for you. On the bright side those wheels are badass.

Thanks! I was really bummed by the results. The TSWs seemed to have a great reputation and were exactly (on paper) what I was looking for.

*Update*

way has been working with me to resolve this issue. Camber plates may be root cause.

Do you have a nice side picture that you can post? Would be great to see a picture for comparison purposes.

Aren't you missing the perch plate (the middle picture)? Without it, I would imagine it rides pretty rough and not sit like it should.

Hmmm...what plate again? The upper spring perch is clearly visible in the picture. Is there something else you might be referring to?

ATXZJ, can you be a little more specific about what made the difference? I too have a new set of TSW springs, and my car is riding an inch higher in the front than the back. I am still wondering if I have a defective set of springs, if they are all this way, or if my otherwise reliable shop somehow screwed up the installation of both front springs.

If you are having ride height issues, I would recommend contacting Way and see what he can do to help resolve it.

Not much background on your mini. Do you have list of mods and pics of height issue?
