creeking after lowering

so i finaly did it got the stuff to lower my r56. i went with h&r springs, koni sport struts, control arms, and camber plate (fix). before you say i spent to much and should of gone with coilovers i got this stuff really cheep. so this leads me to my question now that the work has been done including an alinement i have a creeking sound. it is not the end links or the saw bar it sound as if it is coming from the joint of the trailing arm. any thoughs on how to fix?

Mine does the same on my JCW...I have Bilstein pss9"s and new Powerflex Bushings. It's kinda a creeky, groany sound. My GP is getting Powerflex bushings on it as I type... guess I'll ask them about the JCW when I go pick up the GP.

the bushing in the control arms and thouse in the struts are new and were grease when installed. on a side note it rides better then it did stock and handles way better aswell.

Grease might help, but you might have to take it apart to make sure it gets into the right spots.

I am flip-flopping between FSD, yellows, and Bilsteins. Leaning Bilsteins.
How did the yellows come out with respect of not hopping over bumps in corners? "better" does not help me know what aspect is better. Are the H&R's progressive? Any idea on their rates? How far was the total drop and what travel did that leave in the front?
