Lower outer ball joint torque specs

I have searched for about a day and can't find these values anywhere.
Does anyone have the torque specs for the two lower nuts that hold the ball joint to the control arm? And the torque spec that connects it to the wheel hub?
I really don't like using the "good and tight" method.
Thanks a bunch planning to out this thing on tonight

This is from the Bently Book for 2007-2011 vehicles.

Ball joint, outer, to control arm (replace M14 x 1.5 self-locking nuts with new) - 175Nm (129 ft-lb)

Ball joint, outer, to steering knuckle (replace m12 x 1.5 ZNS3 self-locking nut with new) - 70Nm (52 ft-lb) + additional 90 degree turn
