Installed TSW springs and Alta control arms

today i just installed the springs and control arms. i really like the look. i didnt go for the other springs because of the fact that it lowered more than what i needed. i wanted a subtle look and tsw provided what i needed.

i do have pics but you have to go on another thread.

if anyone wants any other angles or views please dont be hesitant to ask.

Nice. I have the V3 springs too with stock shocks (SS+) and before the installation, I thought that the negative camber in the rear would be very noticeable but actually not much. I think the slight negative camber will actually help in cornering stability (at the expense of uneven tire wear of course). I like the drop but moreso the better ride and flatter composure during spirited driving. TSW got this one bang on.

ok here are the wheels in addition to the new suspension. i think my springs settled in a bit because now i can only put 3 fingers into the wheel well. so thats an added bonus.

this one is my favorite pic.

i really love how my wheels fit the wheel wells. its not too much or too little. again i am very happy with these springs. i do notice a little creaking on my front passenger side but i figure once things get all settled in it'll be alright. it really doesnt bother me at all actually but just something for you guys to know. i try my best to be not biased on my purchase.

if anyone wants different angles or pics please dont be hesitant to ask ok?

Hey Nam, give it a tank of gas to really settle the springs for more pics. I also encourage you to get an alignment done within 500 miles to check the TOE settings back to spec to avoid getting on the monthly tire program.

so are you saying do another alignment after the first one i did during the spring install yeah? ok gotcha.

i have another question and this is really scarying me too. while i ride on the freeway i cant tell if its the wheels or if it is the suspension but my car keeps wanting to go left and right. like it is very twitchy. when i have the oem wheels on, i can leave the car alone and it'll drive straight but with the new wheels and tires on, its like im driving on ice. is it because i just need to break in the tires? (only have about 100 miles on them)

the weird thing is that it feels better only once i press the sport button. so with out the sport button, the car is a little on the wild side if you know what i mean.

hope someone can answer these questions.

If you had the alignment done right after the spring install you are fine. Once they settle you will not be that far out of Toe to worry about.

As for the Ice Driving give the tires a few more hundred miles of easy driving.
